A lesson in patience and perseverance. Jeffery Simon shares his story:
"In the quiet solitude of a Pune bird hide, I waited for hours, letting patience take the lead. As the minutes stretched into what felt like eternity, hope began to waver. But then, in a fleeting moment, the Red-breasted Flycatcher appeared—a vivid splash of crimson against the lush green, making every second of the wait worthwhile.
Capturing this moment required the right balance of skill and gear. With my EOS R6 Mark II , I set my aperture to f/7.1, ISO to 5000, and shutter speed to 1/640s to ensure I could freeze this beautiful sight in all its glory."
